The heating system is beneath the ground, you don't have to worry about getting your feet cold while walking around the room

It's well located, staff willing to help.
Rooms are nice but rather shabby and not the most comfortable; the hall was warmer than the room!. The views are none and nobody informed us where breakfast was served. Nor the room or the service justified the price.

The restaurants were already my favorites, I wanted to try the hotel that looked up to the food standard from the preview. Rooms very nice and comfy, but...
The staff at the reception does not understand even basic English, and does not have any hotel experience at all for problem solving. The air conditioning in the room was not working and I could not get another room. I finally opened the windows and I got a mosquito night. Unbearable.
